Our neighborhood has many amenities for home and land owners to enjoy.

Pool

The pool is located on Country Way and is open during the warmer months of the year. There are always two lifeguards on duty during open hours. Concessions are also available to purchase at the pool.

Lake

The lake is located behind the pool and has a walking path around its perimeter for neighbors to bike, walk, and run on.  The walking path is approximately 0.6 miles long.  Fishing is permitted in our lake, so don’t forget your fishing poles!

Pavilion

The pavilion is located behind the tennis courts and can be reserved by residents for parties, cookouts, and more! The neighborhood also hosts many community events at the pavilion throughout the year. The pavilion has five large picnic tables and two small picnic tables, as well as a charcoal fire pit.

Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball Courts

The tennis, pickleball and basketball courts are located on Country Way at the entrance to the neighborhood.  Residents can enjoy both courts at any time throughout the year.

Playground

There are two playground areas on either side of the pavilion and fire pit.

Nob North Golf Course

The Nob North Golf Course is conveniently located in the middle of our neighborhood and is where the neighborhood golf tournaments are held.  It is unaffiliated with Highland Forest Landowners Association. Click here to go to Nob North’s website.
