Letters have been mailed regarding the HFLA annual meeting to be held November 11th at the Varnell Methodist Church. Doors will open at 6:30 PM, and the meeting will commence at 7:00 PM. Matters to be brought before the members include:

• 2024 Annual Meeting minutes
• HFLA Board Report of Activities
• Financial/Treasurer’s Report
• 2026 Budget Proposal
• New Business
• Election of Board of Directors

Members in good standing may vote on any matter brought before the assembly. Voting may be done in person at the meeting or by proxy (in mailout). Proxies must be completed and returned by mail on or before the meeting. There are 3 board of director positions up for a vote. The nominations that have been sent in for board of director positions include: John Beazle, Victor Garcia, David Greene, and Drew McAllister (see bios in letter and on Facebook). Nominations may also be made at the annual meeting. Officer positions will be decided after the election by the board of directors.
