HFLA 2023 Board Member Changes
Brian Howard and Paula McManus will be exiting the HFLA Board at the end of 2022. Both have been great assets to our community during their term.
Congratulations to Kirk Malerbi and Andrew Nix for being elected to serve on the HFLA Board beginning in January of 2023.

Varnell City Sanitation – Holiday Pick-Up Change
Just a reminder to all residents that use Varnell City Sanitation for garbage pick-up. The pick-up this week will be Wednesday, November 23 instead of Thursday due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
Food Drive
The annual food drive for the Varnell Community Christmas is well underway. We have collected so much food already and we still have a week to go!
Items needed include non-perishable foods such as:
- Canned fruits, vegetables, meats
- Canned soups, sauces and meals
- Dried pasta, rice, potatoes
The collection box will be outside the HFLA Community Center every day through November 26.
