The Annual Meeting of the Highland Forest Landowners Association will be held Tuesday, November 8 at 7pm in the Sanctuary at Varnell United Methodist Church. We anticipate the meeting to adjourn at or before 9pm. Members are invited to join either in person or from home via the link provided at the end of this announcement.
For those attending in person, the doors will open at approximately 6:30pm, you will check in at the desk in the corridor prior to entering the sanctuary. All ballots will be handed out at check-in and collected following the vote.
It is important to note that you must attend in person to vote. Proxy forms were sent out via USPS to all residents earlier this month, if you do not intend to attend in person and would like someone to vote on your behalf you must turn in the proxy form according to the instructions included.
The church is gracious to open their sanctuary to us for this meeting. We ask that all members attending in person be respectful of the facility and those from the Church supporting our meeting.

There are two board positions up for election this year, nominations are being accepted through Sunday, November 6. Any nominations received by the deadline will be vetted and printed on the ballots. Nominations from the floor will be permitted prior to the vote. You can nominate yourself, or another willing member by emailing board@highlandforestonline.com.
