The Highlands Garden Club will hold their annual “Welcome Back” meeting at the HF Clubhouse on Thursday, Sept 21 @ 7:00pm. This is the first meeting of the 2023/2024 Garden Club schedule. This meeting is open to all existing and prospective members.
